Yes. The sign-off PDF carries your brokerage logo, letterhead, and signature blocks alongside YachtWyse branding. It's a professional handover artefact you can deliver to your client with confidence. We support custom colour schemes to match your brand guidelines.

Is the digital sign-off legally binding?

Accepted Answer

Digital signatures on the handover PDF follow eIDAS (EU), ESIGN (US), UETA (US states), and Swiss eSignature standards. The signature block includes a tamper-evident audit trail with timestamps and signer identity. Check your jurisdiction's requirements—we can advise during the early-access phase.

What jurisdictions does your e-signature support?

Accepted Answer

We support eIDAS (European Union), ESIGN and UETA (United States and most US states), and Swiss eSignature law. The handover PDF itself is country-agnostic—you can use it as a reference document in any jurisdiction. For regulatory sign-off, we recommend consulting a maritime lawyer familiar with your region's vessel ownership transfer requirements.
